Digital Product Licence

This licence governs digital resources supplied by Rosefield Publishing, including paid products and the free Investor Deal Review Checklist. For paid products, it forms part of our Terms of Sale.

Personal licence

When we lawfully supply a resource, we grant you a non-exclusive personal licence on these terms. For paid resources, the licence is subject to payment, without affecting rights under applicable law.

The licence is for one individual. You may use the material repeatedly for your own private investment reviews, analysis and monitoring, including assessing investments from which you hope to earn a return. It does not permit providing the resource as a service or tool to clients or other users.

You may:

·  download and save files on devices you use personally;

·  keep reasonable backup copies and print copies for your own use;

·  complete, annotate and adapt editable files for your own permitted use, including a separate working copy for each investment;

·  share your own completed findings, figures and limited extracts with a professional adviser or someone directly involved in reviewing your own investment, where reasonably needed for that review. This permission does not extend to sharing the reusable source workbook, blank template or a substantial reproduction of our resource.

You own the information you enter. We retain copyright in our original materials and do not acquire ownership of your investment records. For company, team, adviser, client-use or multi-user licensing, contact office@rosefieldpublishing.co.uk before purchasing.

Restrictions

Except where permitted by law or agreed with us in writing, you must not:

·  sell, resell, sublicense, give away or distribute our files or substantial copies of their content;

·  upload them to a public website, shared library, file-sharing service or group accessible to other users;

·  share personal download links or order credentials;

·  use the materials for paid or unpaid client services, training or a competing reusable product;

·  remove or alter copyright notices, order watermarks or other identification to conceal the source or enable unauthorised distribution;

·  claim that we have approved, verified or endorsed an investment or your completed analysis.

These restrictions do not override copyright exceptions or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For the free checklist, share the public download-page link so others can obtain their own current copy.

Download access and identification

Paid-product links remain available for seven days from contract formation, as described in the Terms of Sale, subject to five download attempts. These controls govern access, not the permitted duration of use of saved files. Contact us if a technical or accessibility problem prevents delivery.

Files carry unique identifiers associated with the licensed copy. We do not apply passwords, digital rights management or Excel worksheet locking. Keep identifying details private when sharing a permitted extract. Our Privacy Policy explains the related processing.

Duration and misuse

You may continue using the supplied version while complying with this licence. Download-link expiry alone does not end it. Future editions or updates are included only where the purchase specifically includes them or applicable law requires them.

For a material breach, we may require you to stop and give a reasonable opportunity to correct it where possible. We may terminate the affected licence for a serious breach that cannot reasonably be remedied, or a remediable material breach not corrected after notice. Our response will be proportionate, and statutory rights remain unaffected.

If a contract is cancelled or ended, cease using and delete the affected files, except records lawfully retained. A partial price reduction does not by itself terminate the licence. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a licence to the free checklist or a paid product.

Use the resources with appropriate evidence and professional advice, as explained in our Educational and Investment Disclaimer. Nothing in this licence excludes rights or mandatory protections under applicable law.
