Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to downloadable digital products sold by Rosefield Publishing and forms part of our Terms of Sale. Contact: office@rosefieldpublishing.co.uk, or Rosefield Publishing, 19 Upper Holt Street, Earls Colne, Essex CO6 2PG, United Kingdom.
Cancellation
Consumers normally have the right to cancel without giving a reason until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is made. For immediate digital delivery during that period, we obtain your prior express consent to supply beginning and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right ends when supply begins. We provide confirmation in an email or other form you can retain. Agreement to general terms or payment alone does not remove the right. Checkout offers immediate delivery. If you do not wish to receive the content immediately, return when you wish to purchase and receive it. Once the change-of-mind cancellation right has lawfully ended, no additional change-of-mind refund entitlement is offered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Where a cancellation right applies, notify us by email or post before the period expires, using a clear statement identifying the purchase and your decision to cancel. You may use the model form below, but it is optional.
For a valid statutory cancellation, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No refund or payment-processing fee is deducted.
Content that does not meet the contract
Paid digital content must meet applicable statutory requirements, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a purpose made known to and accepted by us, and conformity with its description. These requirements continue after delivery and download. If a product does not meet those requirements, contact us with sufficient information to assess the issue. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law. This will ordinarily be repair or replacement at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, with a price reduction or refund where legally required. All other statutory remedies are preserved.
Any statutory price-reduction refund will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing the entitlement, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a fee.
Access and bundles
The seven-day download window and five-attempt limit govern download access. Contact us if an access or compatibility problem prevents delivery or use as described. We may request relevant file or error information and offer troubleshooting; do not send confidential investment details.
Where a problem affects a bundle, the remedy will reflect the affected content and the bundle as a whole, as required by law. Following cancellation or termination with a full refund, cease using and delete the affected files. Deletion is not a precondition to a statutory refund. A partial price reduction does not by itself terminate the licence.
Overseas consumers
Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you are preserved. Any additional cancellation route required for your order will be identified at checkout and in the order confirmation.
Cancellation form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel. You may instead send any clear statement of cancellation.
